SatNode One-Way SmartBand

This service covers Europe, Middle East and some zones of the north of Africa
SATCONXION introduces the SatNode One-Way SmartBand service, as the result of our collaboration with the TELES company. This new services provide a very high speed Internet connection via satellite exclusively, up to 16 Mbits.
Just as the SatNode OneWay STD, this service connects directly with the terrestrial satellite connection, by your telephone service, and all the information that you request, during navigation and downloads, are received via satellite. Trough the terrestrial connection that you have with your usual ISP a Proxy connection is established, provided by the satellite provider, and by its means it communicates with the satellite platform to receive information trough satellite and send information trough the land. System Requirements
Before signing up for SatNode One-Way Satellite Internet access you will need:
- PC with Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT or XP
- Internet terrestrial connection (GMS, GPRS, MODEM, RDSI, ADSL)
- DVB receiver card or USB DVB module, consult our introductory offers.
- Parabolic antenna oriented to Eutelsat e-Bird or Sesat 2, see coverage maps.
If you do not have the required equipment, please contact us and we will provide you with it.
